Buying one electric car is simple. Moving a school or company fleet to electric takes more planning. This is how we handle it, from the first conversation to the vehicles’ first year in service.

1. Understand the routes

We start with how the vehicles will be used: daily distance, number of passengers, the roads and gradients involved, and where the vehicles park overnight. That decides which vehicles fit and how much charging is needed.

2. Choose vehicles and plan charging

With the routes mapped, we recommend the mix of cars and mini-buses and plan charging around your schedule. Most fleets charge overnight at the depot, but schools and offices may also want daytime top-ups.

3. Install charging before delivery

We install and test charging at your site before the vehicles arrive, so the fleet can go into service straight away.

4. Handover and orientation

At handover our team walks drivers and fleet managers through charging, daily checks and how to get the most from each charge.

5. Servicing and parts

After delivery we provide scheduled maintenance, diagnostics and genuine spare parts. One team handles the vehicles from purchase onward, so there is always someone accountable.
